Introduction

Paige Buecker was out for the 2022-23 NCAA season after getting injured at the ACL in her left knee in a pickup game. She then underwent successful surgery in August but was not cleared for any full-contact basketball activity till May. Apart from playing basketball, she is also active in her involvement with many international brands and organizations which also adds some good fortune to her net worth every year.

Bueckers is represented by Wasserman’s Lindsay Kagawa Colas. In August 2021, she joined Wasserman as a name, next month after the NCAA approved compensation for the use of student-athletes NIL.

Two years later she was sidelined as a sophomore in January 2018 due to an ankle issue that had been disturbing her throughout the season. After these achievements, she was named the first sophomore to earn the Star Tribune Metro Player of the Year award since it was established 34 years ago.

She then became the first female high school basketball player to be featured on the cover of Slam magazine on 29th January 2020, during her senior season. She led Hopkins to the Class 4A state title as a senior, but the championship game was cancelled on 13th March because of the COVID-19 pandemic. 

She had surgery on her right ankle on 30th April 2021, to correct an osteochondral defect. On 14th November that same year, she made her sophomore season debut where she scored 34 points, six rebounds, and four assists in a 95–80 win over Arkansas.

Early Life

She started playing basketball at the age of five in Edina, Minnesota. She was a catcher in Little League Baseball. Her father, Bob Bueckers, coached her in basketball ti she was in seventh grade. Amy Fuller, her mother, was a cross country and track & field athlete at the University of St. Thomas.

Her parents separated when she was three years old. Her mother remarried and relocated to Billings, Montana, and she stayed with her father. She was a member of Hopkins High School’s tenth-grade and junior varsity basketball teams in Minnetonka, Minnesota. When she was in the seventh grade. Next year she joined Hopkins’ varsity team and started six games.
