In Atlanta, as an intern Elle started her career with 2 Live Stews, an American syndicated sports talk radio show on 790/The Zone. Atlanta host hired Elle, Ryan Cameron to join the Ryan Cameron Show on V-103, after a year of working as an intern at 790/The Zone. At the Ryan Cameron Show, her role was traffic reporter and on-air personality. Before moving to handle sports reporting for the morning Frank and Wanda show, Elle hosted an afternoon show at the station in 2009.
Boston
In 2014 as an anchor, reporter and host, Elle joined NESC. Along with Sarah Davis, Elle started co-hosting NESC Live presented by Cross Insurance. The show features an update from NESC reporters and game-day analysis from Fenway Park, TF Garden and Gillette Stadium. While she worked at NESC, Elle has also worked as a sideline reporter for the Boston Red Sox and hosted coverage of Super Bowl XLIX between the Seattle Seahawks and New England Patriots from Glendale, Arizona.
