Early Life
Will decided to become a wrestler after watching the three-way match between AJ Styles, Christopher Daniels, and Samoa Joe at TNA’s 2005 Unbreakable event. After that he along with his friend Kip Sabian.

Progress Wrestling (2012–2019)
He soon became a regular for Progress Wrestling, who debuted for them in Chapter Two: The March of Progress with Alex Esmail in a loss to The London Riots. His performance earned a place in the Natural Progression Series I tournament. He then lost in the first round to eventual winner Mark Andrews in November. Andrews, as a part of his reward for winning, picked him to enter after the Natural Progression Series tournament.
On 17th May 2023, it was announced that Will would return to Progress as part of the 2023 Super Strong Style 16 tournament. His first match back would be against Tate Mayfairs, which he won. His second match was against Nathan Cruz, & there he lost by DQ and he was eliminated from the tournament. Revolution Pro Wrestling (2013–2024)
He debuted for Revolution Pro Wrestling on 10th February 2013 with a win over Mike Hitchman. He soon then started appearing in tag matches with Paul Robinson as The Swords of Essex. After winning over The London Riots, won the British Tag Team Championship on 15th June 2013 during RevPro’s first show at York Hall by defeating Project Ego. Will then returned to RevPro, for the first time since losing his title at Revpro Uprising 2022 in December, by defeating Tomohiro Ishii. After defeating the likes of Big Damo, Luke Jacobs and Eddie Dennis. He had a standout match on 9th July at RevPro Epic Encounter, where he defeated Leon Slater.
On 26th August, at RevPro 11th Anniversary Show, he defeated Shingo Takagi, ahead of his match against Chris Jericho at All Elite Wrestling’s All In at Wembley Stadium. Leading to Jericho making an appearance at the show and attacking Will. At the RevPro Uprising on 16th December, he then defeated Gabe Kidd. After the match, he announced that 18th February 2024 would be his final RevPro event. Transition To heavyweight (2018–2020)
At King of Pro-Wrestling 2018, Will teamed with Hirooki Goto and Tomohiro Ishii in a winning effort against Suzuki-gun. After the match, he called out him for a NEVER Openweight Championship match and in doing so. On the final day of the World Tag League, he returned to New Japan, & where he defeated him & on the same night, he challenged the new NEVER Openweight Champion.
Ring of Honor (2016–2018)
On 8th November 2016, Ring of Honor announced that he had signed a contract with the promotion. During the final day of ROH’s three-day tour of the United Kingdom, he had been given another opportunity to regain the title in a four corners match at ROH’s December pay-per-view, At Final Battle 2017, Will was defeated by Matt Taven & next year Jay Lethal issued an open challenge and it was answered by him. Will was announced to be making his return to Impact after seven years in October & was later revealed that he would return at Bound for Glory. On 21st October opponent was revealed to be Mike Bailey.
