Lashley made his professional career in 2006 & has participated in the Nationwide tour in 2006 but he made just 2 cuts in fourteen rounds. He qualified to play in the 2015 PGA Tour Latinoamérica & has also played several mini-tours. He attained 8th place in the 2015 money list and in 2016 he received three events. He then also won the honour of Player of the Year award.
To win the PGA Tour card, he then also won both the Tour Club Championship and the Corales Puntacana Resort on the 2017 Web.com Tour. Nate fell into a knee injury in 2018 before the end of the season and cut 8 in 17 events. He first won his PGA Tour in June 2019 at the Rocket Mortgage Classic 2019. He is the only American golfer who was invited to play in The Players Championship, the Sentry Tournament of Champions 2020, the Masters Tournament, and the Open Championship 2019.
