Early life
She was born in Mirebalais Haiti where she was grown up by a single mother with her three brothers and two cousins. She joined her first women’s football club, AS Mirebalais & the club’s coach, Jean-Claude Josaphat, brought her to Camp Nous. It’s the federation-owned training centre for all of the Haitian youth national teams.
A few years later she joined the Haitian club AS Tigresses there she came through the youth ranks. In the 2018 Haitian Women’s Soccer Championship, she scored all five goals that helped her team gain a 5–2 win over Anacaona SC and win the national title. After having scored 25 goals in nine matches, & being just fifteen years old, she also became the league’s top scorer and received the Best Player award.
In the same year, Dumornay was noticed by Reims’ manager, Amandine Miquel, during performing at the FIFA U-20 Women’s World Cup in France. She was then offered a trial by the French club Lyon. But neither of the two clubs was able to sign her because of her non-EU and underage status at the time.
In May 2021, Dumornay reached another league final with Tigresses, & the team gradually lost the title to Exafoot but she scored her side’s only goal in a 2–1 defeat.

Reims
After performing for high-profile clubs all around the world on 9th September 2021, she officially joined Reims on a permanent deal. There she signed her first professional contract with the French club. After that, she again reunited with Haitian footballer Kethna Louis.
The same year in October she made her professional debut for Reims. There she comes as a replacement at half-time of a Division 1 Féminine match against Issy. In the same tournament, she provided two assists for Kessya Bussy. Right this way she helped her team to gain a 3–1 win. Next week she made her first start against Bordeaux, by scoring a brace and serving an assist in a 5–2 victory.
Next season Dumornay was awarded Division 1 Féminine Player of the Month in December 2022. On 16th January 2023, it was officially declared that she would join Division 1 Féminine title holders Lyon on a permanent deal which would be started on 1st July 2023.
International Career
Youth National Teams
Dumornay represented her country on many youth international levels. After taking part in the 2016 CONCACAF Girls’ U-15 Championship, at the age of only twelve years old. Along with this, she took part in three different tournaments throughout 2018. She was then involved once again in 2020, in the CONCACAF Women’s U-20 Championship, where she received the Golden Boot, for scoring 14 goals in six games.
Haiti senior national team
On 29th January 2020, Dumornay made her debut with the Haitian senior national team. Where she started and played the full 90 minutes in a 4–0 Olympic qualifier loss against the United States.
On 9th April 2022, she scored twice in a 0–21 win over the British Virgin Islands, in the 2022 CONCACAF W Championship qualifiers. It then became Les Grenadières’ biggest victory ever in an official international match.
In July 2022, she was included in the Haitian squad that took part in the CONCACAF W Championship which was held in Mexico. She was then named the Best Young Player and included in the tournament’s Best XI.
On 21st February 2023, Dumornay scored a brace in the inter-confederation play-off final against Chile, & helped her nation gain a 2–1 win and qualify for its first-ever FIFA Women’s World Cup.
