Candace was born on 19th April 1986, in St. Louis, Missouri & has two older brothers, including former NBA basketball player Anthony Parker. Her family moved to Naperville, Illinois when she was only two years old, and there she spent her childhood. High School CareerCandace led her high school basketball team to Class AA state titles in 2003 and 2004 and compiled 2,768 points (22.9 points per game) and 1,592 rebounds.

Candace was named to the All-WNBA second team and All-Defensive second team, apart from having missed almost a full month due to her maternity leave.
